About Me

I am a Fullstack Web developer, and I strive to develop quality user interfaces and user experience with design and code. Over the past four years, I have written several web and mobile applications using a range of tech stacks and worked with clients to successfully create a web presence tailored to their specific needs.

My favorites include Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, Python, Django, Node.js, Sass, Git, Android, and iOS, but I'm currently exploring a few others like AngularJS and PHP. When I'm not writing code, I indulge in reading, writing down my thoughts and playing video games. I also do a lot of research and study to keep up with current trends and industry standards in software development.

One of my goals last year was to learn and create projects using data science and machine learning, so I built 'Dog Breed Classifier' and using the Stanford Dogs Dataset, I was able to train a deep model that classifies dog breeds.

Work Experience

Web & Mobile Developer - Iversoft (2016 - Present)

Developed Web applications and Rest APIs for clients on multiple platforms using, Ruby on rails, Laravel, Wordpress, Symfony Framework. Also developed mobile applications on Android, iOS using React Native.

Co-Founder & Lead Developer - Go Give-Back (Feb 2015 – Feb 2017)

Worked with a team of developers to successfully launch a beta android app and then fully develop a release native version of the application on Android and iOS, implementing the latest design guidelines. Using JavaScript my team developed the backend for the mobile apps and integrated third party APIs like Stripe, Gravatar, Facebook, Twitter, and GooglePlus

Web and Mobile Developer - freelance (Jan 2014 – Dec 2016)

My work here consisted of designing, developing and managing websites and mobile applications for clients. Clients range from individuals to small business and community organizations and associations. I also did a personal project where I created a dog breed classifier app on the android platform.
